What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you'll be one of the first people our residents, families, and visitors encounter. You'll help create a warm and welcoming environment while providing professional and courteous service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and helpful attitude
Answering and directing telephone calls
Responding to questions and providing general information
Monitoring visitors and following established security procedures
Assisting with basic clerical and administrative tasks
Receiving and distributing mail and other deliveries
Maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
Supporting the team with other duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
Dependable and able to work independently
Professional and comfortable interacting with a variety of people
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using a telephone, computer, and basic office technology
Able to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or office experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person!
