Call Center Representative — Be the Voice That Makes a Difference

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot issues with confidence, patience, and a Member driven mindset
Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance across phone and digital channels
Perform account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
Use active listening and a sales and service approach to guide and educate Members about products and services to meet their needs

Position Requirements:

A High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one month of similar or related experience
Prior call center or financial industry experience is a plus
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Ability to use a computer, phone printer, scanner/copier, sitting or standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and possibly lifting up to 50 pounds
