Office Assistant – Restoration Company (Silverthorne, CO)

Kinder Restoration Services wants to hire YOU as our next Office Assistant in Silverthorne.

This position offers a competitive base of $26 – $32 per hour depending on experience, a real wage for a real role on a team that runs on the person holding the office together.

What does an Office Assistant do at KRS? You keep the engine running. When a pipe bursts at a Frisco condo, a kitchen fire hits a Breckenridge home, or a spring melt floods a Dillon basement, the phone rings, and you are the calm, organized voice on the other end. You answer calls, open and track job files, schedule crews, keep our project managers and technicians moving, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Customers reaching us are often having one of the worst days of their year. The way you handle that first call sets the tone for the whole job.

At KRS, we're a locally rooted Colorado company serving Summit, Eagle, and Grand counties from our home base in Silverthorne. What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins with a professional, reassuring presence
Open, organize, and maintain job files from first notice of loss through completion
Schedule and coordinate crews, project managers, and technicians
Enter and track job data in our management software accurately and on time
Support documentation for insurance claims — photos, paperwork, and timelines
Coordinate with customers, adjusters, and property managers to keep everyone informed
Help with invoicing, supply ordering, and general office upkeep
Be the organized hub that keeps the team on schedule and the office running smoothly

What You Bring

Strong organization and attention to detail, you don't let things fall through the cracks
Friendly, calm, professional phone and people skills
Comfort with computers and willingness to learn restoration job-management software
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Reliability and a genuine team-first attitude
Prior office, administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience is a plus (restoration or construction office experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person)
