Radiologic Tech/X-Ray Tech

Shift - 7pm-7:30am and/or 11pm-11:30am with every other weekend. Must be flexible.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing medical imaging procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, as well as proficiency in various imaging techniques.

Duties

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, MRI, and sonography.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret imaging results accurately.
Utilize Epic systems for managing patient records and imaging data.
Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and troubleshooting issues.
Educate patients about the procedures and answer any questions they may have.
Stay updated on advancements in diagnostic radiology and medical imaging technologies.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven experience in medical imaging techniques.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
ARRT Certification
Current BLS Certification
