Job Summary

The Lead Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items while ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This position maintains food quality and safety standards, and works to ensure every guest receives fresh, accurate, and timely meals.

Responsibilities

Prepare burgers, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

Ensure food is fresh, accurately prepared, and served in a timely manner.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with opening and closing duties.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following all food safety and health regulations.

Complete daily food prep, monitor inventory, and help minimize food waste.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Requirements

Previous experience cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Flexible availability.

Compensation

Proven ability may yield higher pay and tips are evenly distributed daily amongst all employees.

Pay: $16.19 - $17.14 per hour
