Who We’re Hiring:
We’re looking for one confident, personable, experienced Certified Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills and a personality that patients connect with immediately. This is not a slow-paced, overly clinical role.
This is a leadership-track position for someone warm, confident, friendly, organized, and ready to help us grow.

What You’ll Do:
- Draw blood and administer IM injections
- Record vitals and update EMRs with accuracy
- Track labs and assist with treatment planning
- Support our PA and RN during patient consultations and procedures
- Help maintain patient flow, inventory, and a positive clinic vibe
- Lead with heart and initiative—no babysitting needed
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Phlebotomy experience (Required)
- 2+ years experience as an MA
- Experience in men’s health, wellness clinic, or urology is a plus
- Must be comfortable working with male patients and hormone-based care
