Responsibilities

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service delivery, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and consistency.
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards, guest preferences, and current culinary trends while maintaining cost efficiency.
Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
Oversee inventory control, food ordering, and stock management to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
Implement and enforce food safety sanitizing procedures and health regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
