Our work is rooted in timeless, sophisticated interiors, and we are looking for someone who appreciates that point of view while bringing energy, organization, professionalism, and initiative to the studio.
THE ROLE
The Interior Design Assistant will work closely with Alexandra throughout the design process while also helping keep projects and the studio organized and moving forward.

- Assisting with installations, styling, and project photography as needed
- Keeping project files, specifications, samples, and documentation organized
- Assisting with social media content and capturing behind-the-scenes project material when appropriate
- Providing general administrative and organizational support to keep the studio operating efficiently

- Reliable and able to follow through without constant supervision
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Proactive—you notice what needs to be done and take initiative
- Comfortable asking questions and eager to learn
- Able to receive feedback and apply it quickly
- Interested in developing a long-term career in interior design
- Discreet and respectful of client privacy
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving small-business environment where responsibilities can change from day to day
- Someone who genuinely appreciates classic, timeless, elevated interior design

Strong written communication and basic computer skills are essential.
PHYSICAL & INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
This is a hands-on interior design position and is not exclusively a desk-based role. The Interior Design Assistant should be comfortable actively participating in installations, styling, sample management, and day-to-day studio activities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Carrying fabric books, samples, presentation materials, accessories, and other design materials to and from client homes, the studio, showrooms, and installations

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This position is intended to grow.
The ideal candidate will begin by supporting Alexandra and the studio and, as their skills develop, take on greater responsibility in sourcing, presentations, project coordination, client communication, drawings, installations, and other aspects of the design process.
