Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lash Technician, Esthetician, or Cosmetologist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional eyelash extension services, skincare treatments, and a variety of beauty and grooming procedures that enhance our clients’ confidence and radiance. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered, valued, and inspired to look and feel their best. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting while providing top-tier guest experiences.

Duties

Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precision and safety to achieve natural or dramatic looks based on client preferences
Deliver a wide range of esthetic services including facial treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments
Provide hair styling services such as hair extensions, cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs
Conduct skin care consultations and recommend appropriate products or treatments to enhance skin health
Manage retail sales by educating clients on product demos and upselling additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations for all procedures
Utilize salon management software (e.g., Millennium, MINDBODY) for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client records
Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships
Assist at the front desk with guest services such as check-ins, appointment confirmations, and answering inquiries in a friendly manner

Experience

Proven experience as a Lash Technician or Esthetician with certification in Cosmetology or related fields
Hands-on expertise in eyelash extensions application, eyebrow shaping (including hair threading), body waxing, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable
Familiarity with advanced skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox or botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser procedures, and tattooing is a plus
Knowledge of salon software systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create positive guest experiences
Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products based on client needs
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with health regulations
Previous experience working in a med spa or luxury salon environment is advantageous
