Mid-Level Supervisor / BCaBA

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Remote with occasional field-based responsibilities as needed

Sentry Living Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinical team as a Mid-Level Supervisor. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting children, adults, and families through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working collaboratively with BCBAs and behavior technicians.

The Mid-Level Supervisor will assist in overseeing client programming, staff support, caregiver training, and clinical implementation under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Oversee implementation of treatment goals and behavior intervention plans.
Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data to ensure program effectiveness.
Conduct supervision and competency-based training for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
Provide caregiver training and support to promote treatment generalization across environments.
Assist with skill acquisition programming and behavior reduction strategies.
Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Complete clinical documentation, supervision notes, treatment updates, and progress reports within required timelines.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical trainings.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Current and active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
Current RBT certification or ability to obtain if required by funding sources.
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
Experience implementing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
Strong data collection, analysis, and clinical writing skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with supervisors and team members.
Reliable internet connection and ability to provide remote supervision as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in a Master's degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Actively accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification.
Experience providing caregiver training and staff supervision.
Familiarity with electronic health records and ABA data collection platforms.
Experience working with multiple funding sources and documentation requirements.
