Job Description:

Shift: Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri

Hourly Pay: $27.35-$31.73 per hour

Benefit Highlights:

Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

Your Responsibilities:

Coordinate prescription management activities, including processing prescriptions, insurance prior authorizations, and communication with outside pharmacies through fax, phone, and eCW.
Support patient-centered pharmacy services by conducting appointment reminders, follow-up outreach, and identifying high-risk patients who may benefit from additional clinical pharmacist intervention.
Gather, organize, and maintain accurate patient medication and health information while promoting medication safety, compliance, and quality care standards.
Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, community health initiatives, and compliance with all applicable regulatory and organizational standards.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

Pharmacy Technician licensure with California Board of Pharmacy.
Minimum two years' experience as a pharmacy technician in the retail, hospital or clinical setting.
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and best practice.
Experience with Outcomes and Mirixa Platform.
