Are you dependable, organized, and someone who enjoys working with people? We’re looking for a Part-Time Processing & Customer Support Specialist who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, office administration, or other detail-oriented roles. We value transferable skills and the right personality just as much as specific industry experience.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and process outgoing mail, customer statements, and invoices.
Review statements against customer lists to ensure accuracy and completion.
Operate the postage machine and manage postage funds.
Scan, file, and maintain invoices and documents.
Process invoices, payments, and collections accurately.
Answer and operate the phone system and provide professional customer service.
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, word processing, and computer-related tasks.
Communicate professionally with customers, merchants, and team members.
Follow organizational policies and procedures.
Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred.

Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another field? Your skills may be more transferable than you think!

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 25 hours as needed.
