Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you passionate about numbers and eager to grow in a dynamic environment? JBS is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in finance.

What You’ll Do:

Invoice Management: Enter invoices using SAP and Excel for various business units.
Vendor Relations: Handle inquiries from vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized invoice files.
Precision: Ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
Timeliness: Meet deadlines consistently.
Additional Tasks: Take on other accounting duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Customer service experience is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong typing skills (10-key preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Can perform the functions of the jobs with or without a reasonable accommodation.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $19-$21/hr; and
