Injection Molding Technician / Operator

Greeley, CO | Full-Time | 2nd Shift (4X10 schedule)

Starting Pay is based on Experience

About the Role

We’re a stable manufacturer of plastic valves, filters, and bulkheads looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technician / Operator who takes pride in running quality parts and keeping machines dialed in.

This is a hands-on role where your experience matters; you won’t just run machines, you’ll set up, troubleshoot, and take ownership of the process.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate injection molding presses with correct tooling
Dial in and maintain process parameters to produce consistent, high-quality parts
Troubleshoot molding issues and equipment during your shift
Perform regular quality checks and document results
Change inserts, clean tooling, and support product changeovers
Maintain materials (resins, dryers) and keep inventory updated
Perform routine maintenance and safe equipment shutdowns
Help train and support other team members
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of injection molding experience
Strong understanding of molding processes and machine operation
Experience working with different resins and tooling
Ability to troubleshoot defects and keep production running
Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
Comfortable using basic computer systems and documentation

Bonus Experience

Scientific molding experience
OSHA certification
Experience with process optimization or setup roles

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Clean shop and some cleanroom work
Active, hands-on role (standing, walking, lifting to 50 lbs)
Use of hoists and equipment for heavier materials
Requires attention to detail, including color variation checks
