Full Job Description

FeelLove Coffee Loveland isn’t just a coffee shop — it’s a curated, elegant experience where every detail matters. From our artisan espresso to our handcrafted baked goods, everything we serve reflects intentionality, precision, and heart.

We are hiring a skilled and efficient Pastry Chef to join our early morning team. This is not a beginner role — we’re looking for someone with professional baking experience, ideally with pastry school training, who understands the balance of speed, structure, and craft. If you work clean, move fast, and take feedback with grace — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Execute high-volume daily bakes with precision, speed, and consistency.
Prepare a rotating variety of pastries: scones, banana breads, vegan and traditional coffee cakes, bar bakes — and much more.
Follow detailed, established processes and uphold uncompromising quality standards — if it’s not perfect, it doesn’t go out.
Manage a solo early-morning shift (starting at 4:00 AM) and ensure all product is ready before opening.
Maintain a clean, organized, health-code-compliant kitchen workspace.

Who You Are

A professional baker with at least 2 years of commercial kitchen experience (pastry school grads encouraged to apply).
Efficient, accurate, and process-oriented — you move quickly without compromising standards.
Self-motivated and reliable — you’ll be alone in the kitchen for hours before the team lead arrives.
Coachable and comfortable receiving constructive feedback on taste, texture, and appearance.
Drama-free and aligned with core values: tough but fair, accountable, team-focused, results-driven.
