JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for Accounts Receivables, Payables, and Invoicing. Reconcile bank statements Credit Card statement and audit all invoices. File quarterly sales tax.
RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS:
· Process and Prepare accounts payable payments and check requests. Match vendor invoices to check stubs and files accordingly. Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
· Manage suppliers and obtain and track all necessary paperwork including W9s, Certificates of Insurance, and Tax Exempt Certificates if needed.
· Balance and maintain accurate bank, accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
· Working very closely with the Project Managers prepare, process, and distribute all client invoices.
· Review past due receivables and send out reminders to clients who are overdue.
· Review sales tax and make quarterly payments.
· Handle all audits required by our insurance company as related to suppliers and sub-contractors.
· Prepare year end 1099s as required by federal and state requirements.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
· Answer and direct telephone calls and greet all guests in a courteous, positive, and friendly manner.
· Greet and welcome each visitor in a friendly, warm and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
· 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
· Experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in QuickBooks
· Strong understanding of GAAP
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel

· Operate a computer, calculator, and general office equipment.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
