Job Summary:
The General Construction Superintendent will oversee the construction of a $100MM Water Treatment and Intake Facility project located in Batesville, AR. The General Construction Superintendent will lead the team of superintendents, foreman, and trade craft workers in addition to the subcontractor partners. This role ensures project success through effective scheduling, field leadership, and strong collaboration with project management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to TOLM Group’s core values of teamwork, ownership, leadership, and ministry. This position serves as a key field leadership role and actively develops and mentors field staff to meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison and advocate for Superintendents and field personnel with company leadership.
- Coordinate with Senior Project Managers on staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Facilitate communication with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve construction challenges.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Assist project management teams with budget preparation, progress updates, and cost tracking.
- Ensure construction compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Direct field operations including construction, maintenance, and infrastructure activities.
- Analyze job specifications to determine proper construction means and methods.
- Investigate incidents, delays, or jobsite concerns to ensure proper protocols are followed.
- Support contract negotiation and revisions alongside project management.
- Develop and enforce quality control programs across all job sites.
- Adjust plans and personnel in response to delays, site emergencies, or unforeseen conditions.
- Supervise and guide Superintendents, Foremen, and trade workers.
- Assess and coordinate manpower and equipment requirements with field supervisors.
- Serve as an interim Superintendent when needed due to emergencies or project demands.
- Participate in bid walks and pre-bid meetings to support project estimating.
- Ensure completion of daily equipment inspections by field leaders.
- Actively serve on the Safety Committee and lead by example in jobsite safety.
- Lead or support incident investigation processes to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.

Education and Experience:
- 10+ Years Experience as Superintendent on Multi-Million Dollar Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Projects
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing multiple field teams.
- OSHA 30 Certification (required).
- Proven knowledge of safety, environmental, and construction regulations.
- Expert-level understanding of construction standards and methods.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 Scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
