About the Role:
The Inflight Manager of Training and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for all inflight personnel to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence. This role ensures that all flight attendants and related staff are fully compliant with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, company policies, and safety standards. The manager leads a team that designs curriculum, conducts training sessions, and evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives to maintain the highest levels of safety and customer service. They collaborate closely with regulatory bodies, internal departments, and external vendors to stay current with industry best practices and evolving compliance requirements. Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in inflight operations, training, or compliance within the airline industry.
