Position Overview

Environmental Air Systems is hiring a highly organized Expeditor to support procurement, operations, warehouse, accounting, vendors, and project teams. This role helps keep materials, equipment, supplies, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices moving accurately and on schedule.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory, supply chain, construction, manufacturing, or material coordination who enjoys solving problems, tracking details, and keeping projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Track purchase orders from placement through delivery.
Contact suppliers for order updates, shipping dates, delivery status, and expedited materials.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Accounting, and vendors.
Help prioritize materials needed to keep project schedules moving.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, delivery schedules, reports, and ERP updates.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices.
Resolve delivery, proof of delivery, receiving, and invoicing discrepancies.
Generate reports on order status, supplier performance, and late deliveries.
Support process improvements that help improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory control, supply chain, expediting, construction, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or ERP systems is preferred.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Authorization
