Neighborhood barre™ is not your average barre class. Our method was created with Clients in mind. We know their story, we know what they want out of their workout, and we are committed to creating results driven classes that are fun, inviting, and truly change the body and body image. Our clients will never feel out of place, bored, or overwhelmed by our classes. There are no plateaus, and no such thing as needing to ‘be in shape’ before trying a class. Our classes are designed to meet EVERYONE where they are – Do you want to help us bring this fun, inviting, results driven technique to our clients?

The purpose of a NEIGHBORHOOD barre instructor is to provide safe, effective NEIGHBORHOOD barre instruction for clients during scheduled class times in accordance with all Nb guidelines and expectations. Previous barre training is not required, we offer a robust barre instructor training course.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our NEIGHBORHOOD barre KERNERSVILLE team! We are looking to fill class times in the early morning, mid-day, evenings, and weekends. This is a great opportunity to interact with clients, be a part of our robust training program to learn how to provide expert instruction, create a supportive community, and empower women and men of all ages!

NEIGHBORHOOD barre INSTRUCTOR JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

INSTRUCTOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Minimum Requirements:

Command and engage clients while effectively leading clients throughout the exercise
Assist students to achieve alignment and proper working muscle groups.
Break down exercises, count to the music, cue clients for clarity.
Demonstrate practice and techniques
Motivate students with words of encouragement
Connect with clients during the class to improve client’s barre practice
Participate in networking/community/client appreciation events as needed
Maintain honesty and integrity
Use our POS system, check clients into classes, schedule clients for classes, enroll clients in memberships, and assist with retail purchases.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
