Our clinic-based model allows BCBAs to spend more time providing meaningful clinical care and less time traveling between clients.
- Less travel, more clinical time: Most clients receive services within one of our clinic locations, reducing travel between sessions.

Strong Operational Support
Focus on your clients, we’ll help with the administrative work.
Our dedicated scheduling, billing, authorization, intake, and operations teams manage many of the day-to-day administrative responsibilities that can take clinicians away from their clients.
This structure allows our BCBAs to focus more of their time on clinical supervision, caregiver collaboration, treatment planning, staff development, and delivering high-quality ABA services.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Certification
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related human services field
- Ability to meet applicable state, payer, and credentialing requirements
Clinical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and evidence-based treatment practices
- Experience developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Ability to analyze client data and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications
- Ability to effectively supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs and other direct-care staff
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience with CentralReach or a comparable electronic data collection and practice-management system is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers, clinical team members, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to actively participate in therapy and safely support clients during treatment activities. The position may require lifting or assisting with up to 50 pounds, as appropriate to the role.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings and credentialing requirements, including a pre-employment physical examination and tuberculosis (TB) screening.
