Full Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

Current certification or eligibility as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Technician
At least one year of recent experience in a CVOR setting
Strong understanding of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
Ability to anticipate surgeon and team needs during complex procedures
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons and nursing staff with preparation, instrumentation, and maintenance of the sterile field during cardiovascular surgeries
Ensure proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies throughout procedures
Support patient safety and infection control practices in the operating room
Effectively document and communicate case progress with the multidisciplinary team
Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing case demands

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
