As a Project Manager/Comfort Advisor, you'll join a company that believes in doing the right thing even if it hurts, delivering great customer service, and giving you ongoing training and education so your career keeps moving.

What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be built around conversations that matter. You'll meet homeowners, uncover pain points, and help put together whole-package solutions that help people love where they live.

This role isn't just about closing deals. It's about creating exceptional customer experiences, earning referrals from people who tell everyone about Waldrop, and making project execution feel smooth through planning, communication, and coordination.

You'll follow up on open quotes with Inside Sales, keep your calendar full with real sales activity, and train like a professional athlete. Weekly roleplay, ongoing education, and clear benchmarks mean you'll always know where you stand and how to get better.

The Hiring Process

You'll earn $100,000 to $150,000 per year. You'll also get full benefits and a 401K match. You have prior sales experience.
You've completed sales training with a specific sales system like Nexstar or Sandler.
You have a proven, documented track record of sales success.
You can build relationships, uncover pain points, and paint a clear picture of the right solution.
You manage your time well and create daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
You want to keep learning through in-person and industry training.
You may stand out even more with a college degree, in-home home service sales experience, or sales leadership experience.
