And right now, we’re looking for a Creative Listing Media Specialist to join our Upstate-based crew.

What You’ll Do
- Love and care about our clients and take care of them at every opportunity
- Travel to homes and shoot listing content: photos, video, drone, and 3D scans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal team
- Follow shoot-day checklists, prep gear, and manage logistics
- Help agents feel confident on camera - coach them on what to say and how to look their best
- Upload files and notes to our editing team - you shoot, we edit
- Represent the Tailwind Media Group brand with kindness, integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Drone License Requirement
All team members must obtain their FAA Part 107 drone license within 6 weeks of starting
We’ll pay for your exam and provide all study materials - you just need to be willing to put in the effort to pass.
Must-Haves
- Live in the Simpsonville, SC area (south part of Greer or anywhere in between is good too!)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable car
- iPhone 15 (or higher) + laptop + reliable high speed internet
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Available at least 4 days per week for shoot availability (~30 hours) and available during our weekly team meeting
- Confident, articulate, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and organized
- Willing to receive feedback and improve constantly
- Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet
- Willing to adapt to last minute changes
- Willing to use limited AI

Pay + Schedule
- $22-35/hr based on training level (Start of first shoot until end of last)
- $0.30 per mile for the first and last drive each day.
- 1-35 hours/week (client demand varies week to week, hours not guaranteed)
- Seasonality: Peak busy season is usually July-Septemper and Winter (November-January) is usually slower.
- Bonus pay for evenings + Saturday as needed (not required)
- Paid Training at $22/hour (3-4 weeks depending on background)
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
