Full Job Description

Summary: We are actively seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in the Upstate of SC. This is a full-time, W-2 employee position. We are looking for someone with a go-getter attitude who is competitive, coachable, organized, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people. The right person will be someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, communicates well, and wants to grow alongside a high-performing team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Weekly Pay plus Commission opportunities
Paid Training: Comprehensive, paid training is provided to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed. Training is in person and virtually on a zoom call over a four week period.
Benefits: This role includes PTO, health benefits, and company tablet.
Weekly and monthly travel opportunities are also provided

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

What you are Responsible for ...
Source and connect with potential candidates
Conduct phone and Zoom interviews
Coordinate interviews and the hiring process
Manage candidate communication and follow-up
Maintain recruiting pipelines and systems
Work closely with management to identify hiring needs
Help attract and identify people who align with our culture and standards
Track recruiting activity and results
Represent Brown & Partners throughout the recruiting process

Qualifications:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
No issues with timeliness and able to meet company deadlines
Confident communicating with people over the phone and Zoom
Coachability and willingness to learn
Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Professional, positive, and energetic attitude
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday
Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Primarily remote
In-person meetings, trainings, and company events
Must live in Greenville, SC or within reasonable commuting distance
