Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of dental practice. This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer support. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional environment. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help streamline office functions, support administrative tasks, and enhance overall office productivity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a vibrant team.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Support office management duties such as organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Utilize computer skills to perform clerical tasks including proofreading, document formatting, and basic troubleshooting.
Assist with customer service inquiries via phone or in person, providing clear information and support.
Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars to optimize office workflow.
Maintain organization of files and documents through effective filing systems while ensuring confidentiality.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or team members to foster positive interactions.

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative support roles are highly preferred. Dental experience preferred. Eaglesoft experience preferred.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and delivering exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Clerical experience involving data entry, proofreading, and document management is desirable.
Personal assistant or front desk experience that highlights strong communication skills and professionalism will be advantageous.
