Per Diem Receptionist - Clerical Department - $17.93/Hr

Per Diem Fill-in for regular status employees who may not be available. Provides front-desk clerical and administrative support for several programs within the Agency. Responsibilities include: answering telephone and emails, taking messages, distributing mail, maintaining postage machines, and making copies.
Worksite: Norwich
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greets people and ensures they sign-in and sign-out of the building
· Answers front desk telephone, transfers calls to appropriate staff or voicemail, and takes accurate messages when needed
· Distributes and organizes mail daily, and places proper postage on required mailings
· Maintains postage machine and refills as needed
· Makes copies as requested
- Engages in continuous concerted efforts to access, obtain, respond to pertinent Agency information/communications, and disseminates as appropriate
- Provides working conditions that maximize safety for staff and program participants
- Other responsibilities of Reliance Health staff, such as participation in Agency events, adhering to Agency Policies and procedures, training requirements, etc.
- Performs duties while demonstrating Agency Core Competencies and Values
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Two years related experience
· Bilingual preferred
· Valid CT Driver’s License, vehicle registration and insurance
· Good driving record
