Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our vibrant multifamily property management team. In this role, you will support the overall operation of residential communities by assisting with leasing, tenant relations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance coordination. Your energetic approach and customer-focused mindset will help foster a welcoming environment for residents while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily property operations, including leasing activities, rent collection, and resident communications
Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents
Manage client communication with professionalism via phone etiquette and personalized service to foster positive relationships with residents and prospects
Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service

Skills

Proficiency in property management software such as Rent Manager
Strong understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management abilities
Ability to manage lease or rental agreements accurately
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and office experience including data entry, filing, and phone etiquette
Demonstrated team management skills along with the ability to coordinate property maintenance and facilities management tasks
Competence in budgeting, financial reporting, and client communication strategies
