Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role combines financial management with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties

Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
Maintain accurate financial records through diligent data entry and bookkeeping practices
Assist with office management tasks including filing, document proofreading, and calendar management
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing visitors with proper etiquette and friendly disposition.
Organize spreadsheets and prepare reports to track financial data, appointments, and project deadlines
Provide general administrative assistance such as word processing, typing, and supporting personal or team scheduling needs

Requirements

Proven experience with QuickBooks.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and productivity software
Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management tools
Prior office experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and customer service roles
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Effective communication skills along with professional phone etiquette
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Personal assistant or front desk experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
