Accounting Manager – Direct Hire

Client: LCMH
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Pay Range: $43.70–$54.65/hour
Reports To: Shana Scales

Position Summary

LCMH is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to manage the Accounting Department and oversee accounting operations, staff, applications, maintenance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Staff Accountant employees.
Oversee and assist with all Accounting Department functions.
Support accounting applications, including maintenance and reporting.
Communicate with management and internal/external auditors.
Maintain confidentiality and protect patient information.
Participate in hospital and departmental cost-saving and productivity initiatives.
Assist with implementation and compliance with department policies and guidelines.
Attend required departmental meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and equivalent accounting work experience.
7–10 years of accounting experience.
Advanced computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Advanced mathematical skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently define and resolve problems.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
Ability to respond appropriately to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community.

Work Environment

Primarily sedentary office environment.
Monday–Friday daytime office hours.
May occasionally require off-shift, weekend, or holiday work based on project needs.
May involve prolonged sitting and repetitive hand/wrist/finger movements.
May occasionally require moving objects up to 20 lbs.

Compensation

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Accounting Leadership Opportunity

Pay: $43.70 - $54.65 per hour
