Full Job Description

Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time or Full Time Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience who can maintain accurate records, manage routine accounting tasks, and help ensure our financial information is organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
Organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, and supporting records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Work with the company’s accountant or CPA to provide requested documentation and reports.
Generate and distribute monthly sales representative commission reports.
Reconcile vendor invoices and schedule payments.

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
Proficiency with QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
