Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PM Line <PERSON> to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will assist the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring that all food production meets safety standards and adheres to established recipes. Your expertise in food handling, menu planning, and kitchen operations will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary excellence, fine dining, and high-volume food service to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, braising pans, poaching stations, and other culinary tools
Prepare a variety of dishes with precision, including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques
Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
Support dietary department requirements by adhering to dietary restrictions and special meal requests while maintaining high standards of food production
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-volume production runs smoothly during busy service times
Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and monitor quality control throughout the food preparation process

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food safety management systems
Skilled in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume environments
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods including frying, baking, grilling, and catering preparation
Prior experience working in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in meal presentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
