Full Job Description

Best Fence Cincinnati is a fast-growing residential and commercial fencing company seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage inbound leads, schedule appointments, and support our sales process.

This role is critical to the success of our company. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will play a key role in ensuring leads are responded to quickly, appointments are scheduled efficiently, and opportunities are properly followed up on throughout the sales process.

This is not a high-pressure “cold calling” sales role. Instead, this position is focused on inbound lead management, customer communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, texts, web inquiries, and social media messages from prospective customers
Respond to new leads quickly and professionally
Pre-qualify prospects and schedule in-home fence assessments for our sales team
Set customer expectations for appointments and ensure customers are properly prepared
Follow up with quoted customers to answer questions and help move projects forward
Coordinate communication between customers and sales representatives as needed
Maintain accurate notes, lead statuses, and customer information within our CRM systems
Help ensure no leads or customer opportunities fall through the cracks
Support overall sales and administrative workflows as needed

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone and computer skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Able to manage follow-up and task completion without constant supervision
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, inside sales, dispatching, or administrative coordination preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:

Full-time
Initial in-office training and onboarding required
Standard business hours with phone coverage responsibilities between 9AM–6PM
