Full Job Description

Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Multiline Representative working with a dedicated insurance agency. In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that helps clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help clients feel confident and supported while contributing to the growth of our agency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales, communication, and marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Engage with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Manage inbound calls and inquiries, providing clear information about products and services
Assist clients with policy updates, claims processing, and benefits administration to ensure smooth service delivery
Conduct outbound telemarketing efforts to promote insurance products and schedule appointments
Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, identify sales opportunities, and tailor solutions accordingly
Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials and engaging in community outreach
Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements

State required licenses: Property and Casualty and Life and Health
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
Prior experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred but not required
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases, but not required
Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and identifying sales opportunities
Knowledge of insurance sales processes or willingness to learn industry-specific terminology (e.g., HIPAA compliance if applicable)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with marketing strategies, benefits administration, and sales management tools is advantageous
