Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Team Lead to oversee and support the clinical operations of our IOP/PHP programs. This leadership role ensures clinical excellence, supports team development, and directly contributes to high-quality patient care through supervision, intervention, and coordination.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision:
- Provide clinical leadership to therapists and group facilitators.
- Lead daily clinician huddles and conduct regular supervision.
- Facilitate case consultations and guide clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with the psychiatry team for coordinated care.
Admissions & Discharge:
- Oversee clinical assessments and level-of-care determinations.
- Lead discharge planning and ensure seamless aftercare transitions.
Therapeutic Intervention:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a caseload of 20–23 clinical hours per week.
- Lead crisis interventions and monitor treatment progression.
Documentation & Case Management:
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with legal/insurance standards.
- Coordinate with community partners and insurance providers as needed.
Program Development & Family Support:
- Assist in developing group curricula and clinical resources.
- Create workshops and psychoeducation for families.
Quality Assurance:
- Lead chart reviews, clinician trainings, and fidelity monitoring.
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and staff competency assessments.
Qualifications
- Required: Valid California license or registration (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, AMFT, ACSW, APCC, Postdoc).
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
- Proficient in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and evidence-based modalities.
- Experience with electronic health records and outcome tracking systems preferred.
- Experience in IOP/PHP or similar levels of care strongly preferred.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, full-time hours with minimal travel required.
Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits package available.

Pay: $81,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
