Full Job Description

About This Position:

Our company is currently seeking a highly organized , full charge bookkeeper and Office Manager. This position will be responsible for a range of tasks. Responsibilities will include all bookkeeping tasks in addition to office management. Someone who learns quickly, enjoys organizing, and has a hands-on, high-energy work ethic will thrive in this position.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks desktop
Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Manage books for multiple entities (Including intercompany billing)
Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, and manage tax-related documentation.
Manage and process payroll and payroll taxes
Process new hire forms and maintain employee files
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile bank statements
Communicate with vendors, accountants, etc.
Run reports as requested by CEO
Data Entry
Filing
Manage phones
Banking
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (or Google Sheets) required
Experience in a position that managed bookkeeping for multiple entities
Must have strong work ethic and high level of organizational skills
Experience with Google Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Etc)
The ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
Self-Motivated and able to work independently, or as a team
Knowledge of standard office equipment
Superior organizational skills

Experience:

QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Experience:

QuickBooks: 3 years (Required)
Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
Intercompany billing: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
