Full Job Description

This is not a typical assistant role.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive operator who takes ownership of tasks, solves problems independently, and executes without needing constant direction.

The purpose of this role is to own and run the day-to-day operations, logistics, and organization that keep Golden Bridges moving. Most of the work is business operations. A smaller share is personal and household logistics that keep the owners free to focus on growing the company.

This is a key support role. The person in this position will be trusted, relied on, and valued for creating efficiency, structure, and momentum.

If you need step-by-step instructions for everything, this is not the role for you. If you take initiative, think ahead, and get things done without being asked twice, you'll thrive here.

Scope of role

Business operations (most of the role):

- Keep the Golden Bridges office running: organization, supplies, and daily logistics

- Schedule, confirm, and manage business vendors and appointments

- Manage and update tasks in ClickUp (or similar system)

- Capture company-card receipts and reconcile them on schedule

- Run business errands efficiently (post office, bank deposits, shipping, supply runs)

- Proactively identify and complete additional operations tasks without being asked

Personal and household (a smaller share):

- Handle select personal and household errands (dry cleaning, donations, pickups)

- Schedule and manage household vendors (house cleaner, lawn care, vehicle maintenance)

Non-Negotiables

- Detail-oriented (no sloppy or half finished work)

- Reliable (you do what you say you'll do)

- Takes ownership (you own outcomes, not just tasks)

- Proactive (take action confidently)

- Clear communicator (especially when something is off track)

Compensation & Structure

- Part-time, flexible hours

- Episodic, task-based workload

- Local errands required (must have reliable transportation)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
