YWCA Hanover - Chief Executive Officer / President
Hanover, Pennsylvania
Full-Time
Reports to the Board of Directors
Salary: $130,000–$140,000
Lead the Next Chapter of Growth and Community Impact
Exceptional leadership opportunities are rare. The opportunity to lead a respected organization immediately following a successful capital campaign and into its next phase of growth is even rarer.
YWCA Hanover is seeking an accomplished, visionary, and community-minded Chief Executive Officer/President to lead an organization entering one of the most exciting moments in its history.
Following a highly successful capital campaign, YWCA Hanover is preparing to open an expanded facility that will significantly increase its capacity to serve children, families, and the community. The next CEO will inherit an organization with exceptional momentum, strong community support, an engaged Board of Directors, committed employees, and a growing donor base already invested in its future. It is an opportunity to capitalize on that momentum.
The next CEO will lead the organization through the activation of its expanded facility, strengthen relationships with new and existing donors, grow childcare enrollment, expand programs and services, build organizational capacity, and position YWCA Hanover for its next decade of community impact.
If you are energized by leading organizations through growth, building exceptional teams, cultivating meaningful relationships, and creating lasting community impact, we invite you to explore this unique leadership opportunity.
Why YWCA Hanover?
For more than a century, YWCA Hanover has improved lives through high-quality childcare, domestic violence services, youth development, advocacy, and community education while remaining steadfast in its mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
A successful capital campaign, expanded facilities, increased childcare capacity, strong community confidence, and an engaged donor network have positioned YWCA Hanover for continued growth and long-term sustainability.
The next CEO will have the opportunity to transform that momentum into expanded services, stronger financial sustainability, deeper community partnerships, and even greater impact throughout the region.
