Full Job Description

Join our dynamic team in a unique, fast-paced aviation environment! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multi-tasking role and be eager to embrace new challenges every day, calm under pressure, and enjoys variety.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive at the counter.
Assisting customers with any special requests or needs before, during, or after their flights.
Maintaining accurate records of reservations, payments, and customer information.
Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experience.
Coordinating with the ground crew, pilots, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handling cash, credit card transactions, and processing refunds as necessary. Ensuring all bookkeeping is accurate on a daily basis.
Providing information about services, schedules, and other company offerings.
Managing the cleanliness and organization of the front counter and waiting area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Assisting with inventory management and stocking of necessary materials and supplies at the counter.
Monitoring flight schedules and communicating any delays or changes to customers.
Assisting with office administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as needed.
Ensuring safety and compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.

Requirements include:

Able to work weekends and holidays
Customer service experience
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Comfortable working in a team environment
Comfortable sitting/standing for long periods of time
