Position Overview: Avital is seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers / Superintendents to join our team. You will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets to track progress and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Lead project meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
Resolve conflicts, make decisions, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and meet objectives.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, mentor team members, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering residential projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
