Executive Operations Assistant to the President of Riemer Hospitality

Opportunity for a Hands-On, Results-Driven Professional!

Riemer Hospitality is growing—and we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the President and leadership team across our expanding hospitality operations.

With over six locations throughout the Ludington area, including restaurants, entertainment venues, and hospitality operations, Riemer Hospitality is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.

This is not a typical office-based executive assistant role. One day you may be analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and supporting leadership decisions. The next day you may be assisting with a large event at one of our entertainment venues, helping coordinate restaurant operations, or supporting our teams during special events.

We are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude—someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, can manage multiple priorities, and is ready to jump in wherever needed to help the organization succeed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, organized, able to take direction, and committed to getting the job done with excellence.

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of Riemer Hospitality and works closely with the Executive Director, General Managers, and leadership team.

This role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively, and collaborate with leaders across all hospitality locations. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support

Provide daily executive support to the President and Executive Leadership Team.
Manage priorities, schedules, projects, and follow-up items.
Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and operational updates.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and tracking key business information.
Maintain organization and confidentiality of company information.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Hospitality Operations Support

Collaborate with General Managers across all restaurant and hospitality locations.
Provide operational assistance and support where needed.
Assist with restaurant, entertainment, and event-related projects.
Support special events, including planning, preparation, and execution.
Assist with operations at entertainment venues, bowling center activities, and outdoor Biergarten events.
Step in and provide support during high-volume events and company initiatives.

Payroll & Administrative Responsibilities

Complete daily tip allocation processes for restaurant team members.
Assist with tracking operational information and team-related reporting.
Support accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Work with leadership to improve processes and efficiencies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership Support

Serve as a communication partner between executive leadership and operating teams.
Build strong working relationships with General Managers and department leaders.
Assist with follow-up on projects, deadlines, and operational goals.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive company culture.
