**The Role**

We're looking for a driven, experienced MedSpa Manager to own the day-to-day operations and revenue performance of our practice. This is not a passive administrative role — we want someone who shows up with intention, builds a winning team, and treats revenue growth as a personal mission.

You will hire, train, and develop staff. You will hold people accountable. And you will lead by example on the floor.

**What You'll Own**

**Revenue Growth** – Set and hit monthly sales goals, drive membership and package sales, identify new revenue opportunities, and track KPIs with a sharp eye
**Team Leadership** – Recruit, hire, train, and when necessary, part ways with staff; build a culture of accountability and excellence
**Operations** – Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, protocols, and compliance to keep the spa running smoothly
**Client Experience** – Ensure every client interaction reflects our brand standard; resolve concerns quickly and turn guests into loyal advocates

**You're a Great Fit If You…**

✅ Have 2+ years of management experience in a MedSpa, salon, or luxury wellness environment

✅ Have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

✅ Know how to lead people — with warmth AND accountability

✅ Are fluent in spa software (Vagaro, Mindbody, or similar)

✅ Can read a P&L and make smart business decisions from it

✅ Thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment where your impact is visible every day
