Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with young children in a clinic-based setting. No RBT certification is required to start. We provide paid training and support to obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire.

You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA programs in a supportive, play-based environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group ABA therapy to young children
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by a BCBA
Collect accurate data on client progress
Support daily routines, transitions, and structured play
Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training

Qualifications:

RBT certification preferred but not required to start
Willingness to complete required training and obtain RBT certification within 30 days of hire
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience with young children preferred (but not required)
Reliable, professional, and able to accept feedback
Ability to engage in active work (sitting on the floor, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
