Remote Business Development Representative — Credit & Financial Services W-2 | Base + Uncapped Commission | Georgi and Florida Only OTE: $70,000–$110,000+ | Top performers earn more

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a high-activity outbound sales role. The work is real and the expectations are clear:

200–250 outbound calls daily — this is the job, own it
Build and manage your own book of business
Self-source leads through outbound calling and affiliate partnerships
Conduct phone consultations and review client credit reports (training provided)
Enroll clients into our credit restoration programs
Track everything in Zoho CRM, dial through RingCentral
Follow up with discipline — deals are won in the follow-up

This is not an inbound role. There is no lead fairy. If you need to be fed, this is not the seat.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of outbound sales, BDR, or inside sales experience
Proven ability to generate your own leads
Strong on the phone — natural, confident, consultative
Comfortable with CRM documentation and remote accountability
Character. We mean that. The work we do is serious and the people we serve deserve integrity.

Backgrounds in credit repair, mortgage, financial services, insurance, or debt relief move to the top of the pile.

Must be a resident of Georgia. No exceptions.

Compensation

Base: $20/hour (~$41,600 annually) — W-2, not 1099
Commission: $50+ per enrollment, uncapped
Bonus: $20 per self-sourced lead that enrolls
OTE: $70,000–$110,000+ — volume and consistency determine your ceiling
