What You'll Do

Develop and lead the company's sourcing and procurement strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local Hawaiʻi vendors and mainland suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, rebates, freight, and payment terms.
Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities that improve quality and reduce costs.
Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks.
Collaborate across departments to forecast purchasing needs and optimize inventory.
Drive continuous improvements in purchasing processes, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
Analyze purchasing data to uncover savings opportunities and improve decision-making.
Create scalable procurement systems that support future growth.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leadership experience.
Strong relationships with local Hawaiʻi vendors and mainland manufacturers, growers, or distributors.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges.
Experience with ERP or purchasing software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
