WHKS is expanding and is actively hiring a Civil Engineer to join its team in Fargo, ND.

In this role, you will design and support municipal infrastructure projects including utilities, drainage, roadways, and site development.

Job Responsibilities:  

Manage engineering projects and communicate with clients to understand needs, maintain relationships, and support contract development
Prepare roadway and infrastructure construction documents, including cross sections, traffic control plans, stormwater and drainage design, and right-of-way plans
Complete engineering design calculations and layouts, such as grading plans, utility layouts, quantity calculations, and subdivision design
Develop 3D models using Bentley CONNECT or Civil 3D software

Requirements: 

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
North Dakota and/or Minnesota P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months
7+ years of civil engineering in municipal or transportation design
