Full Job Description

Fast5Xpress is a successful fast growing car wash company. We have 24 locations currently open and several in the near future. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals with good communication skills who are eager to join our team in providing excellent customer service and helping maintain Fast5Xpress’ culture. Along with our company’s fast growth, our employees are also given frequent advancement opportunities in a short period of time. Greeter's Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Greets and welcomes customers
Takes orders for wash services
Describes specials, clubs, etc.
Processes credit/debit cards or cash, and makes change and issues receipts to customers.
Instructs customers to close windows/sunroof, retract antenna and checks pick-up beds for loose items before sending to tunnel entry
Shift change procedures- Records amounts received and prepare reports of transactions. Reads and records totals shown on cash register tape and verifies against cash on hand.
Maintains area in a neat and orderly manner.
Maintains cheerful and helpful attitude.
Rotates with tunnel guide and lot attendant positions.

Tunnel Guide's Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage the tunnel entry process.
Inspect vehicle as it approaches tunnel entrance look for loose or broken pieces on vehicle including mirrors, trim, antennas, bumper covers spoilers and bug deflectors.
Inspect pickup truck rear beds for loose items
Guide vehicles safely onto conveyor
Inform customers to put car in neutral and keep foot off brake, remove hands from steering wheel – assist as needed
Set any retracts required and call up conveyor rollers
Maintain continuous, steady, and safely spaced flow of cars onto the conveyor
Regularly clean and wipe down equipment whenever there is a break in traffic flow
Always keep the floor area at the tunnel clear of trip hazards. Safety is everyone job

Rotates with greeter and lot attendant positions.

Lot Attendant Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned).

Assisting customers with needs and concerns while in the vacuum area
Sweeping and cleaning the lot area and other areas of the wash to maintain a clean facility
Picking up trash and debris from landscaping areas
Restocking vending machine
Wiping down stations and hoses to keep a sanitary facility,
Pulling trash can liners
Checking vacuum hoses for clogs and other issues
General cleaning of windows, trash areas, etc.
Rotates with tunnel guide and greeter positions.

Pay: $17 per hour

Must be 18 years or older to apply.
