Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee all clinical operations for a growing pediatric home healthcare agency. This role is responsible for managing clinical documentation, supervising nursing services, and ensuring compliance with Georgia Medicaid and the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) for a caseload of 50+ pediatric patients. We are looking for someone who is very organized and able to manage multiple things at once, must also be tech savvy and able to operate an EMR and CRM. Experience with pediatrics, GAPP, and Alora Plus preferred. Pay is $2000/week with an opportunity to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete initial intakes and skilled nursing assessments
Develop, update, and maintain plans of care and service plans
Perform post-admission visits and help with skilled nursing supervisory visits
Process change orders and prepare 60-day clinical summaries
Review and approve nursing visit notes and personal care aide timesheets
Provide clinical oversight for RNs, LPNs, and PCAs
Manage and oversee all clinical documentation for active pediatric patients
Conduct annual clinical training and new nurse orientation
Ensure compliance with Georgia Medicaid, GAPP, and state/federal regulations
Serve as the primary clinical leader for patient care coordination
Help to interview and staff new/ open cases.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience
Pediatric nursing experience required (home health preferred)
Experience with Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and Georgia Medicaid strongly preferred
Prior experience as a Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or Director of Nursing preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Proficient with EMR systems(alora plus) and clinical documentation preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time (40 hours/week)
