Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

Long-Term Position | Baxley, GA (4 Days) + Vidalia, GA (1 Day Weekly)

About Our Office

Tri-County Clinic of Chiropractic is a fast-paced, patient-centered chiropractic office serving the Baxley and Vidalia communities.

We're looking for a dependable, friendly team member who wants to build a long-term career with us, not just find their next job.

Our goal is to build a stable, professional team that provides every patient with an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

Your primary role is to support our doctors and front office team while helping create an outstanding experience for every patient.

You'll begin by learning our administrative systems and office procedures before gradually taking on full front desk responsibilities.

Daily responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Collecting payments
Assisting with patient flow throughout the office
Maintaining accurate records
Keeping the front office organized and professional
Supporting the doctors and team with daily office operations

Schedule & Location

Office Hours

Monday–Friday
8:25 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch: 12:45 PM – 2:30 PM

Work Locations

Baxley office: 4 days per week
Vidalia office: 1 full day every week

Reliable transportation is required.

Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

If you cannot consistently work in both locations, this position will not be the right fit.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong computer skills
Microsoft Word and Excel experience
Previous customer service, receptionist, or medical office experience is a plus, but not required

If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Starting pay: $13.00/hour
