Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, and Supply Runner to join our team. This energetic role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, and trucks through proactive maintenance, timely repairs, and efficient supply management. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting daily operational needs with enthusiasm and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting the overall safety and functionality of our facilities.

Duties

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical equipment, and building interior components to ensure optimal operation.
Maintenance of our generators as well as 3 diesel, and 1 gas engine food trucks.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems using schematics, electrical diagrams, hand tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters.
Conduct welding, carpentry, painting, and other facility repairs to maintain a safe and appealing environment.
Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks and system controls.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; interpret schematics for complex troubleshooting.
Manage supply inventory by efficiently running parts and materials throughout the facility; ensure proper stock levels of maintenance supplies.
Assist with facilities equipment maintenance including HVAC system repair, electrical work, plumbing system repairs, and general building interior upkeep.
Support safety protocols by inspecting facilities for hazards and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or supplies.
Lead or assist with maintenance painting projects and other R&O (maintenance, repair & operations) tasks as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in maintenance or mechanical repair roles within commercial or residential settings.
Mechanical knowledge of generators.
Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs on both diesel and gas trucks.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building interior maintenance.
Hands-on experience with schematics, wiring diagrams, PLCs, hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools including ohmmeters.
Skilled in welding, carpentry, painting (including residential painting), and general facilities maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting using electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters.
Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot complex systems efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English to clearly document work orders and collaborate with team members.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices related to R&O operations and facilities upkeep.
